Inteligencia artificial agéntica y desarrollo de competencias digitales en estudiantes universitarios de Los Cabos, México
Resumen
La inteligencia artificial agéntica describe sistemas capaces de planear y ejecutar tareas de varios pasos con cierta autonomía: buscan información, usan herramientas digitales, revisan sus resultados y ajustan el plan sin que una persona intervenga en cada paso. Su llegada a las aulas universitarias obliga a preguntar qué competencias digitales necesita un estudiante para trabajar con un agente y cómo pueden desarrollarlas las instituciones. Este artículo, de tipo documental y propositivo, revisa la literatura sobre agentes de IA, los marcos de competencia digital DigComp 2.2 y DigCompEdu, el marco de competencias en IA para estudiantes de la UNESCO y la evidencia empírica reciente sobre tutores de IA y competencias digitales. El análisis indica que los agentes pueden apoyar la búsqueda de información, la creación de contenidos y la resolución de problemas, pero que su uso sin límites favorece la dependencia y reduce el aprendizaje. Con base en ello se propone el Modelo de Integración Agéntica para el Desarrollo de Competencias Digitales (MIA-CD), de cinco fases, y un conjunto de indicadores de seguimiento pensados para las instituciones de educación superior de Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. El artículo cierra con las limitaciones del modelo y una ruta para validarlo con datos de campo.
