INTEGRATION OF COMPLEXITY IN THE STUDY OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Keywords: Computational Modeling, Social Simulation, Complexity

Abstract

This article presents a critical analysis of how complexity theory offers novel alternatives for studying the organizational environment in contexts characterized by latent digital
transformation and globalization. The analysis examines the conditions of flexible organizational structures, the presence of collaborative networks among company
members, and the adaptive behaviors that allow for m organizaodifications to organizational conditions and boundaries. It addresses relevant topics in the organizational

environment such as leadership, culture, andtional learning, all of which act as regulatory mechanisms for the chaos that can arise within an organization. A
qualitative methodological section is included, providing the foundation for the model’s conceptualization. The results demonstrate how creative chaos can be implemented as a
condition that fosters innovation, resilience, and strategic adaptability—all components that interact within an organizational environment.
